EXPERIENCE MATTERS
Hi! I'm Sean Howland.
I was born in Ashland, Oregon and moved to Bend when I was three years old. At twenty, my wife and I headed north to Anchorage, Alaska-an experience that would shape both my life and career.
In 2005, my best friend (still to this day) took me under his wing and taught me the craft of concrete. From that point on, the trade became more than a job-it became a passion.
In 2011, our little family moved back to Oregon, this time Portland, where I joined Cement Masons Local 555. My skills and responsibilities expanded quickly, transitioning into larger commercial slabs and eventually running my own crews as a Superintendent.
Over the years, I've had the opportunity to work on several projects for Nike, Intel, Google, OHSU, and multiple high-rise apartment buildings, among many others. One of the most unique experiences of my career was pouring concrete in Barrow, Alaska-an environment that truly tests your knowledge of the trade. Or the time I was on a slab alone, left for lunch to come back to discover I'd had a curious visitor that had been watching. ( photo below of bear paws).
Today, I'm back home in Bend and excited to bring my experience, leadership, and craftsmanship to serve the concrete needs of beautiful Central Oregon.
OUR SERVICES
We offer a wide range of concrete options.
Basic
Garage, driveway, RV pad, sidewalk and stairs. Hard trowel, broom and tine finish.
Repair and Epoxy
Patch and repairing existing concrete can sometimes be a quick and easy fix. Epoxy coating is great for a garage or shop. It's a protective layer that prevents stains while providing traction. Multiple color options.
Custom Design
My pride and joy is in custom design. I would love to listen to your ideas and help design the patio (for example) of your dreams with maybe a firepit? Possibilities include color options, multiple stamp options, exposed aggregate and sand finish.
Pressure washing and Sealing
We offer pressure washing for residential and businesses. Add a seal to reprotect existing concrete for 3-5 years.
